Lorraine L. Walmann, age 89, of Osawatomie, Kansas, formerly of Gladstone, Missouri, died January 19, 2017 at the Life Care Center, Osawatomie, Kansas.

She was a member of the North Cross United Methodist Church, enjoyed bridge, quilting, crafts, and competitive cooking. She was also a member of the Red Mittens Club, Extension Club, KC Depression Glass Club, and the Hobby Housewives Club. She had worked in the Nearly New Shop in Gladstone, Missouri, many years.

She was preceded in death by her husband Irv, granddaughter Christina Nicole Walmann, and daughter-in-law Diana Walmann.

She is survived by three sons Brian Walmann of Hannibal, Missouri; Dr. James Walmann (Angela) of Manhattan, Kansas, and Dr. Jeffrey Walmann (Tammy) of Osawatomie, Kansas; one brother Irvin Sisk (La Dean) of Las Vegas, Nevada; five grandchildren Jennifer Watson (Nick) of Manhattan, Kansas, Amy Nicole Flower (Mandy) of Los Angeles, California; Lauren Boyd (Derek) of Manhattan, Kansas, Timothy Walmann (Allysha) of Merriam, Kansas, and Rebecca Walmann of Cranston, Rhode Island; and three great grandchildren Mackenzie and Maddox Watson and Aubrey Boyd.

In lieu of flowers, contributions in memory of Lorraine can be made to the Life Care Center Activity Department and sent in care of Penwell-Gabel Funeral Home, 605 O'Neal Ave., Osawatomie, KS, 66064.
