Mary Holm Robinson, age 94, of Prairie Village, died on September 19, 2014 at Osawatomie Life Care Center.

She was born on February 1, 1920 to Albert and Lena (Anderson) Holm at Duluth, MN. She was the older of their two children. Mary graduated from Virginia, Minnesota High School and obtained her Bachelor's Degree in Home Economics at Iowa State University.

On June 27, 1942, she married Robert Lee Robinson. They became the parents of three children. She was a homemaker enjoying cooking, genealogy, book clubs, bridge clubs, and was always involved in numerous church activities. Mary and her husband were charter members of the Colonial Church in Prairie Village. She served on numerous committees in her church.

She was a member of Sons of Norway and VASA Order of America (a Swedish- American Fraternal Organization).

Mary is survived by two sons Bruce Holm Robinson (Ingrid) of Topeka, Kansas; Mark Lee Robinson (Joan) of Clayton, Missouri and her daughter Ellen Robinson Lash (Leo) of rural Osawatomie, Kansas and four grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her parents and brother Albert W. "Bud" Holm.

In lieu of flowers, the family suggests memorial contributions to the Colonial Church in Prairie Village or Cross-Lines Community Outreach of Kansas City, Kansas.
