Sharyl was a very welcoming person. My warmest thoughts and prayers go out to her friends and family.
Sincerely,
~ Joan Anderson-Patterson - March 12, 2015
Sharyl was such a sweet, dear person. She always had a smile, a kind word, for everyone whom she met. She had a special love for animals, and she was always ready to help when she could. Her kindness, compassion and caring will be sorely missed. She was my friend, and I will miss her greatly.
~ Sherrie Watkins-Alvey - March 12, 2015
It was a pleasure getting to know Sharyl over the past couple years. I always looked forward to our chats and I will never forget how quickly we became friends. I will definitely miss her and know we will meet again one day.
~ Valerie Lopez - March 11, 2015
I met Sharyl through Ancestry.com. Our family trees are tied together somehow. Distant cousins. What started out as letters through the mail and emails turned into friendship. I never had the pleasure to meet her in person but I am feeling the loss. I always looked forward to sharing with her excitement that I had going on, hearing her advice and I enjoyed hearing about her life happenings, stories and I especially loved her kind and fun spirit towards animals! She is greatly missed by me here in Washington state. My condolences to all who had the pleasure of having her in their lives. I am thankful I had the chance to be acquainted with her and call her a friend.

We had many laughs together when I sat and visited with her while waiting on an appt at Wyandot Center's Central Office. Whenever our CEO Pete had our annual meeting at 47th under the big tents, she would always seek me out just to say hello. She was always so complimentary to everyone. She was an amazing person whom we were all very blessed to know. I am sure she brought hours of love and laughter to her family members, as well. It was an honor to cross paths with this lovely woman.

Sharyl was such a sweet person. I loved working with her and seeing her smile every morning when I came in, even on days when she didn't feel the best she always had a smile to give and some great stories to tell! She always made me look forward to coming in on a Monday because I knew she would be there and excited to hear my weekend stories about my animals and kids. She will be greatly missed! My thoughts and prayers are with her family.
~ Amy Martinie - March 11, 2015
Sharyl, you had always been so nice, pleasant and helpful to me whenever I came by the Central Office. I will miss you so much.
~ Jaw-Lin Ong - March 11, 2015
Every encounter I had with Sharyl was pleasant. She always had a funny comment or just knew how to place a smile on my face. I always looked forward to speaking with her when I went to Central Office, where she worked. I will not only miss her smile and helpfulness but her presence in general. Sharyl will truly be missed. My prayers are with you and everyone she touched.

Sharyl loved to hear stories about Mister, Wally and Devon. She enjoyed the pictures of the them. I would tell her I was going home to see what Mister had done that day. She would get such a laugh out of that. She loved to tell stories about her kitty - Lilly then after she lost Lilly became the mama to Angel. We shared stories from our childhood. Both of us liked to go back in time. She shared tons of animal pictures with everyone. Sharyl is missed by everyone. RIP my dear lady.

Dear Brent, Sharyl's brother. I was so sorry that I hadn't talked with Sharyl for several months and didn't even know she was in the hospital. I enjoyed talking and emailing Sharyl. She often helped me with supplies and errands as I work across the street. I will miss her. She was always so kind to me. Best regards to you in your loss. Linda Gates
